Flyby Direct is a direct-to-consumer booking service for drone photography and videography. We provide a platform for licensed third-party drone pilots to offer their services to customers. We do not provide drone services and are not affiliated with the drone pilots.

Flyby Direct acts only as a booking platform and is not responsible for the actions, services, content, or compliance to laws by the drone pilots listed on our site. Any transactions or interactions you have with vendors are between you and the vendor, and you agree that Flyby Direct is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such vendor.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flyby Direct, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
